MENARA DNP

The Menara DNP development consists of two high-end apartment blocks, one with 43 storeys and the other with 49 storeys. Situated along Jalan Ampang in Kuala Lumpur, the apartments offer a stunning view of the KLCC Twin Towers. The project includes a basement car park, six levels of elevated car park, and a pool deck at level 7.

Originally planned as a 30-storey office building, the design was changed to accommodate the new service apartment concept. Significant additional foundation work was undertaken and the lowest basement was sacrificed and converted into a raft to support the revised design. The estimated construction cost for the project is RM280 million.
